Associate Director - TAS FDD Healthcare

As the Transaction Advisory Services Director 1 at RSM USI, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with both onshore and offshore team members to deliver financial due diligence services for middle-market US clients. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides assistance with buy-side due diligence, sell-side due diligence, and working capital support. This position offers a compelling chance to join a well-established practice that is currently undergoing significant growth. To be considered for this role, you should possess relevant experience from a Big 4 or equivalent Transaction Advisory Services practice. Your qualifications should include a CA/CPA/MBA in finance, along with approximately 12-15 years of related financial due diligence experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of management experience leading a team of 100+ offshore professionals who support onshore teams globally. Your responsibilities will include reviewing complex Quality of Earnings adjustments, Net Working Capital analyses, Debt-like Items, and other key considerations for the final report. You will collaborate with RSM consulting professionals, supervisors, and senior management in the U.S. on a daily basis, which may involve early morning and late evening conference calls. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in recruiting and developing junior team members as the TAS Financial Due Diligence team expands in India.
