Associate Director-Retail Leasing

You will be working with CBRE Group, Inc., the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. With over 80,000 employees across 100+ countries, CBRE provides strategic advice and execution for property sales and leasing, corporate services, project management, investment management, and more. Your essential duties will include implementing real estate plans aligned with client goals, negotiating business terms for various real estate products, coordinating resources for transaction execution, drafting and creating analyses and documents, and negotiating leases and sales through field brokers. In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting financial analysis templates, including NPV, IRR, and cash flow projections, to support clients in making informed decisions. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university, with an MBA/PGDM being preferred. You must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Other skills required include the ability to comprehend complex business documents, write reports effectively, make persuasive presentations on complex topics, motivate and negotiate with key stakeholders, and analyze complex financial data to develop innovative solutions. Additionally, you should have in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles and the ability to oversee department budgets.,
