Associate Director - Psychology and Marketing Programme

You will be responsible for leading the Psychology and Marketing Programme at a Leading Business School in Gurugram. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and enhancing a hands-on, industry-aligned curriculum that integrates behavioral science and marketing principles. - Establishing partnerships with universities to enhance academic excellence and expand the program's global reach. - Building relationships with industry leaders to provide students with mentorship and experiential learning opportunities. - Collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the institution's long-term goals. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Masters or Ph.D. in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy, consumer insights, brand management, or academia. - A strong understanding of cognitive biases, decision-making frameworks, and human behavior. - A track record of designing data-driven marketing or academic initiatives. - Prior experience in high-growth startups, ed-tech, or consumer brands is a plus. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.,
