Associate Director - Network

You will be responsible for leading and maintaining all components of the enterprise network infrastructure and security. Your role will involve managing a team of 25+ professionals, including Managers, Tech Leads, Network Architects, and Engineers. Additionally, you will oversee the full network lifecycle, which includes design, deployment, operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Your duties will also include creating, standardizing, and documenting network designs and security templates. Furthermore, you will lead operational excellence initiatives aimed at reducing failures, improving services, and analyzing performance. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 15 years of experience in enterprise networking, with a strong background in design, deployment, and support. Your expertise should encompass large-scale WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, and data center networking. Proficiency in platforms such as Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, and knowledge of network monitoring and observability tools are essential.
