Associate Director-FS (Concurrent )

You will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities at BDO India Services Private Limited: - Execute concurrent audits of bank branches and central operations. - Review transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and other regulatory requirements. - Identify irregularities and report findings with supporting documentation. - Maintain audit work papers and documentation according to firm standards. - Coordinate with client staff and internal teams for audit execution. - Spread positive work culture, promote teamwork, and embody BDO values. - Work effectively under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions. - Assist in identifying potential companies for pitching/ideation and preparing pitches for obtaining new mandates. - Stay informed about new developments in the profession, business, industry, and regulatory environment. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent will be an added advantage. - Strong understanding of internal audit processes, RBI guidelines, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proven experience in conducting audits and preparing audit reports. - Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends.
