As an Associate Director - Enterprise Sales at WebEngage, you will play a pivotal role in driving new logo acquisition for large enterprise accounts in India. Your primary focus will be on hunting for strategic deals that contribute to the growth of WebEngage. **Role Overview:** In this high-impact sales leadership role, you will take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include leading complex, high-value deals across various sectors like Telecom, OTT, Retail, and Digital-first enterprises. You will be expected to engage with C-Suite executives, map buying centers, and influence key decision-makers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to inform the Go-To-Market strategy and accelerate enterprise momentum. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Lead complex deals from initial contact to closure, focusing on key sectors and industries. - Engage with C-Suite Executives: Influence decision-makers in Marketing, Technology, and Digital Transformation organizations to secure deals. - Shape Solutions: Translate business challenges into compelling narratives using WebEngage's platform, aligning with product and pre-sales teams. - Drive Pipeline Growth: Develop and qualify a strong pipeline with precision, advancing opportunities effectively and forecasting accurately. - Win Complex Deals: Navigate through procurement processes, RFPs, legal negotiations, and other challenges with confidence. - Expand Market Reach: Penetrate new industries, open verticals, and strengthen relationships with strategic Indian accounts. - Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to drive GTM strategy and enhance enterprise growth. **Qualifications Required:** - 10-12 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a focus on new logo acquisition. - Proficiency in consultative, strategic sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling. - Demonstrated ability to sell complex platforms to C-level stakeholders in long-cycle, multi-threaded deals. - Deep understanding of the Indian enterprise landscape and a strong network in key verticals. - Experience in Martech, CRM, CDP, data platforms, or related enterprise technologies. - Strong performance orientation with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Resilient mindset with a drive to excel in high-stakes environments and deliver under pressure. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving and taking ownership of outcomes.
