Associate Director- Credit Risk Strategy

You will be joining Straive as an Associate Director - Credit Risk Strategy in Gurugram with the flexibility of some work from home. Your main responsibilities will include developing and overseeing credit risk strategies, analyzing data to detect credit risk trends, working with stakeholders to implement risk management policies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. Apart from this, you will be expected to mentor junior staff and cooperate with diverse teams to improve risk management processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8-14 years of experience and have expertise in crafting credit risk strategies and risk management policies. Strong analytical capabilities are essential for data analysis and identifying credit risk trends. Additionally, previous experience in regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement is crucial. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to effectively mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A background in the Financial Services industry would be advantageous. A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for this position.
