Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end

Designing hiring and training processes for doctors

Requirements

• Medical/Clinical background

  (MBBS, MD, or related qualification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  weight management, obesity medicine, nutrition, and supplements

  .
• 610 years of experience in

  clinical operations/doctor management

  ; startup or digital health experience is a plus.
• Empathetic, patient-first approach with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a
