Job Purposes

As an Associate Digital Product Manager in the Digital Platforms team, you will support the development and enhancement of Internet and Mobile Banking experiences for IDFC FIRST Bank customers. You will assist in gathering product requirements, conducting market research, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in digital product management within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse quantitative product data and market benchmarks.
• Gather product requirements and align them with business objectives.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions for existing products across teams.
• Support the development of new product features and strategies.
• Assist in managing the product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post-launch enhancements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product vision.
• Manage relationships with internal technology users and vendors.
• Monitor product performance and uptime as per departmental KPIs.
• Promote agile development practices to enhance product and process efficiency.
• Conduct market analysis to support digital adoption initiatives.
  

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor's in engineering / technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / ManagementPost Graduation: MBA/PGDM

Experience:

2 to 5 years of total relevant experience in Wholesale Banking Treasury Audit.
