Associate - Deals - Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC)

Role Overview: At PwC, you will be part of the deals team, focusing on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your role will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Your contributions in deal strategy will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.
