Designations: Customer Support Associate Overview: We are looking for skilled customer experience associates with a good amount of experience in objection handling along with user centric attitude. What we expect: Be a part of the Customer experience team, communicating with users through calls, emails and other channels. Handle user queries effectively and provide resolutions. Take proactive, real time decisions to retain users. Build rapport with users to establish a lasting connection with our brands. Who can apply: Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in local languages, such as Telugu Tamil and Hindi, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil Experience: Fresher and Experience Job Skill: Knowledge of voice. Soft Skill: Strong convincing abilities, ownership mindset and a customer oriented approach. Excellent communication and listening skills. Flexibility: Rotational shifts and week offs.
