Associate Creative Lead

As a Creative Lead at the Mumbai-based integrated marketing communications agency, your role will involve leading the shared Creative Services team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving creative strategy and campaign development by conceptualizing campaigns and pitches for digital, social, and video platforms. - Transforming briefs into compelling creative ideas while maintaining high creative standards aligned with client objectives and brand vision. - Developing pitch decks and creative narratives to secure new business. - Leading brainstorming sessions and workshops to craft engaging brand stories. - Overseeing content and creative direction for the agency's social media and PR efforts. - Guiding and mentoring a diverse creative team to ensure seamless workflow, timely delivery, and top-notch creative output. - Collaborating with leads from Influencer Marketing, Content Production, and Communications to drive cohesive strategies and initiatives. - Leading special campaigns and creative experiments to enhance the agency's creative reputation.
