Associate Creative Director Design

As the Associate Creative Director Design (B2B Brands), you will serve as the strategic design leader for key business units, driving visual storytelling and enhancing design outcomes for transformative B2B brands. Working closely with content, strategy, and business marketing teams, you will conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and brand systems that embody client ambitions and the agency's creative excellence. - Set the creative vision in the B2B space by defining and implementing the creative vision across multiple client accounts to ensure consistency, originality, and alignment with business objectives. - Stay abreast of global design trends, tools, and technologies to infuse fresh thinking into projects. - Manage the creative pipeline by overseeing bandwidth, timelines, and resource allocation to guarantee on-time and high-quality delivery. - Recruit, train, and deploy talent effectively while driving high team utilization without compromising quality or well-being. - Establish a culture of zero-rework by implementing robust briefing and review processes. - Act as a liaison between design, content, and client services teams to effectively communicate design rationale and strategic direction to internal teams and clients. - Lead client presentations and pitches from a design perspective. The ideal candidate for this role is a design leader with a robust portfolio in branding, digital, campaign, and motion within B2B or tech-focused industries. You should have a deep understanding of design thinking, user experience, and brand storytelling, coupled with the ability to inspire teams and lead by example.
