Associate Creative Director Design

Role Overview: As the Associate Creative Director Design (B2B Brands), you will serve as the strategic design leader for key business units, driving visual storytelling and enhancing design outcomes for transformative B2B brands. Working closely with content, strategy, and business marketing teams, you will conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and brand systems that embody client ambitions and the agency's creative excellence. You will be responsible for setting the creative vision in the B2B space by defining and implementing the creative vision across multiple client accounts to ensure consistency, originality, and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will stay abreast of global design trends, tools, and technologies to infuse fresh thinking into projects. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the creative vision for multiple client accounts in the B2B space - Manage the creative pipeline, overseeing bandwidth, timelines, and resource allocation for high-quality delivery - Establish a culture of zero-rework by implementing robust briefing and review processes - Identify opportunities for innovation within client engagements and advocate for the adoption of AI, automation, and design ops tools - Lead and mentor a high-performing team by encouraging creativity, accountability, and continuous learning - Act as a liaison between design, content, and client services teams, effectively communicating design rationale and strategic direction - Lead client presentations and pitches from a design perspective Qualifications Required: - Robust portfolio in branding, digital, campaign, and motion within B2B or tech-focused industries - Deep understanding of design thinking, user experience, and brand storytelling - Ability to inspire teams and lead by example - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and design collaboration tools - Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools, motion graphics, and brand systems - Familiarity with agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration in a digital-first environment,
