We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way.

Today, we run 550 buses and log 15000 daily bookings in Mumbai. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business, we’re expanding services to Hyderabad, where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 2 years, we plan to scale to 1000 buses, 75,000 daily rides bookings across both the cities. Cityflo is well-funded by prominent VCs — India Quotient, Lightbox Ventures.

Job Description - Associate - Control Tower - Operations

As a Control Tower (Tech Admin), you will play a crucial role in managing bus scheduling, overseeing fleet operations, and making customer-facing decisions. Your responsibilities will also include serving as the central point of contact for contingencies, analyzing data to facilitate decision-making, and coordinating fleet launches with various stakeholders

Role responsibilities -

Bus Scheduling and Fleet Operations:

• Manage and modify bus schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Centrally oversee the operations of the Cityflo fleet.

Customer-Facing Decisions:

• Make direct decisions that impact customers and ensure effective communication.
• Ensure contant communication and interaction with customer service teams to enhance the overall CX.

Contingency Management:

• Act as the central point of contact to manage contingencies.
• Coordinate with the operations team and support to address issues promptly.

Data Analysis and Decision Facilitation:

• Fetch and analyze data to derive analytical results.
• Use data insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Coordinate fleet launches with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
