Associate - Consumer Products (AI)

Role Overview: Bain & Company is a global consultancy that collaborates with ambitious change makers to define the future and achieve extraordinary results. The Consumer Products Center of Expertise at Bain works on strategic questions of CP clients related to brand strategy, revenue growth management, negotiation strategy, and optimization of COGS. As an Advanced Specialist (AS) in the CP CoE team, you will be responsible for implementing cloud-based advanced analytics solutions and collaborating with data scientists to design and deploy intelligent agents and AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with data scientists to design and deploy intelligent agents and AI-driven applications - Develop and maintain front-end interfaces for AI and data science applications - Build and integrate Python-based machine learning models with backend systems - Translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions - Assist in the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows - Deploy ML-powered applications on cloud platforms and contribute to internal AI/ML Ops platforms - Create dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to drive business insights Qualifications Required: - A Masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields OR Bachelor's candidates with relevant industry experience - Proven experience in AI/ML, software development, and data engineering - Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and model fine-tuning methodologies - Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Plotly, and Seaborn - Frontend development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React.js - Good working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) and deployment best practices - Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps tools and workflows - Good-to-have: Experience in BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI - Good-to-have: Prior exposure to consulting projects or CP business domain,
