The remaining 25% of your focus will be on ensuring project delivery success through effective governance and delivery excellence. Regular skill assessments and gap analysis are central to how our Consulting Managers drive continuous improvement. They create personalized learning and development roadmaps for each team member, facilitating peer learning and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote collaboration. Through mentoring partnerships between senior and junior members, our Consulting Managers encourage both individual growth and collective team success. What You've Accomplished You have a BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent work experience You have 8-12 years of overall IT experience and 3-5 years in Managing People in a matrix type of IT Consulting organization You have demonstrated success in project delivery leadership roles in client facing environments Youve successfully developed and implemented mentorship and growth programs that have advanced careers across all levels. Your focus on personalized development and skill assessments has consistently improved team capabilities and identified future leaders. Youve built a culture of collaboration and innovation, driving team engagement through recognition, team building, and learning opportunities. Your coaching and feedback have empowered individuals to set and achieve challenging goals, aligning them with the companys long-term vision.
