Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Support IT/BPS cost and run optimization through assessments, future-state operating model design, business case development, and execution roadmaps.
  
• Lead or assist in sourcing activities including RFP development, provider bid analysis (pre-BAFO/BAFO), commercial negotiations, SOW creation, and client management.
  
• Support outsourcing transactions through provider site visits and collaboration with GCC advisory partners.
  
• Conduct IT/BPO benchmarking and health checks to identify improvement opportunities across retained and outsourced portfolios.
  
• Analyze provider solutions, pricing, delivery models, and automation frameworks; compare findings against internal benchmarks.
  
• Maintain and enhance benchmarking databases and recommend improvements for continuous updates.
  
• Perform data analysis, financial modeling, benchmarking, and reporting across active engagements.
  
• Contribute to thought-leadership content (whitepapers, viewpoints, blogs) and build a strong client-facing reputation.
  
• Support practice development through research, advisory content packaging, product enhancement, database management, and sales/marketing assistance.
  

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Understanding of IT/BPO outsourcing, shared services, and digital transformation trends.
  
• Preferred: Exposure to outsourcing transactions, pricing, or benchmarking.
