Role & responsibilities PFB details for Required Job opening Job Title -Associate Consultant Talent Acquisition Job description Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions. Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Candidate Screening and Assessment : Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews , including behavioural and technical assessments. Stakeholder Management : Work closely with hiring managers to provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate feedback. Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection. Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate promptly with candidates regarding their application status and interview outcomes. Offer Management : Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process. Work with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Data Management and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior management. Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant labour laws and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
