Associate Consultant - Real Estate Valuation

As a Real Estate Valuation Analyst at KGS, you will be responsible for demonstrating a strong understanding of Sales comparison approach to value different property types. It would be advantageous to have experience working with databases like Costar. Your role will involve reviewing third party valuation/management reports to ensure reasonableness, producing and analyzing financial models, and assessing commercial data to support financial forecasts. Additionally, you will be conducting market research to gain insights into real estate geography dynamics across various asset classes such as residential, office, retail, industrial, and data centers. It is essential to stay updated on current business, economic, and regulatory developments that impact the US real estate sector. To be considered for this position, you should hold a CA, CFA, MBA (with specialization in Finance & Investment Management), or a degree in Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate valuation roles and possess a solid understanding of real estate concepts and valuation methodologies including income, market, and cost approaches. In addition to your educational background and work experience, you must have a good grasp of real estate concepts and valuation methodologies, including income, market, and cost approaches. Proficiency in accounting and financial statements analysis is crucial, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, is also required for this role.,
