Associate Consultant - Quality

As a Process Improvement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to foster a culture of Process Excellence within the organization. You will be tasked with deploying a Process Improvement framework for engagements, conducting training sessions on continuous improvement, and identifying opportunities for enhancing processes. Your role will involve driving workshops for bottom-up and top-down opportunity identification, analyzing business data to pinpoint improvement opportunities, and validating these opportunities to create projects. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of improvement projects by mentoring project teams and facilitating meetings with stakeholders for reviews and sign-offs. You will also collaborate with developers to identify automation opportunities and ensure proper validation and sign-off of project closures in the project management portal. Guiding project leaders in creating storyboards and updating project management tools for Process Improvement projects will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in branding Process Excellence initiatives by creating awareness through training, developing process improvement case studies, and sharing success stories with engagement teams. Your involvement in client interactions to showcase process improvement case studies will be essential in maintaining strong client relationships.
