Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare sector-focused newsletters
•Identify potential M&A clients for business development purpose•Prepare parts of buy-side / sell-side pitch books, including credentials, investment highlights, industry overview, buyer / target identification and profiling•Execute parts of valuation analysis using market approach•Assist in preparing sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), Management Presentations (MPs) and deal admin workstreams•Perform financial and operational benchmarking•Prepare parts of conference presentations
