Role Overview: You will be part of the Performance Improvement team at EY as a Senior Consultant/ Consultant/ Associate Consultant focusing on the Insurance sector. Your role will involve executing projects for multiple clients, managing client personnel, assisting in developing thought leadership, supporting knowledge sharing efforts, and contributing to business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Execute projects independently for smaller clients and support multiple clients - Manage client personnel effectively - Assist in developing point of views and thought leadership - Support knowledge sharing efforts and improve processes for knowledge capture and leverage - Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation - Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate effectively - Network internally within the firm to gain understanding of client-related issues - Develop industry expertise - Be a strong team player and develop team management skills Qualifications Required: - B.E. / B.Tech. + MBA or CA + MBA from premier institutes - 1-3 years of experience in consultancy or insurance industry - Understanding of key business processes in the BFSI sector - Experience in strategy formulation, business planning, financial planning, etc. preferred - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint - Ability to thrive in unstructured situations - Willingness to travel for extended periods Additional Details: EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and offers flexible working arrangements to achieve a balance between client service and personal priorities.
