Roles and Responsibilities

# Bid Management: Program management and solution integration support by actively coordinating with various service lines, domain, delivery, and account teams.

# Manage the bid process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

# End to end Bid Lifecycle Management, primarily through bidding process.

# Full ownership for EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP/Tender preparation and bid submission.

# Familiar with Tenders, e-tendering, tender preparation, Bid Evaluation, Bidding.

# Coordinating with accounts department for preparation of EMD, Bank guarantee.

# Follow-up & refunds of Bid security.

# Plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate bid preparation activities to ensure quality and timely submission.

# Understand all dimensions of scope of the opportunity in its minutest detail – hardware, software, services, geography, time.

# Responsible for identifying bidding opportunities involving IT & GIS services and Bid Management Activities.

# Work closely with the Technical Teams and Business development team to contribute in solution development, manage the proposal requirements and deliverables.

# Co-ordination internally between Technical, Business Development, Commercial and Management for Bid Qualification, Bid Preparation and Submissions.

# Prepare a Bid Plan and check list as per the RFP submission timelines.

# Knowledge of Online Tenders, e-bidding (in Different Portals) & GEM.

# Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Tracker.

# Be prepared to work outside traditional office hours to meet strict deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

# An individual contributor who is also self-motivated.

# 1 - 4 years’ experience in bid management.

# Expertise in owning and driving end-to-end pre-sales and marketing pursuits, including RFI, RFP, SOW, proactive pitches.

# Experiences in end-to-end bid transactions (EOI to Closure).

# Proficient in MS office.

Qualification Required:

# Any Technical Graduate / Graduate.
