Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for Associate Company Secretaries (2 posts) and trainees (1 post). The role involves managing corporate regulatory compliances, preparing and drafting necessary documentation, ensuring timely filings with regulatory authorities, and maintaining statutory records. Additionally, the role includes assisting in board meetings, drafting resolutions, and staying updated with any changes in corporate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in corporate regulatory compliances and documentation preparation
• Experience in filing with regulatory authorities and maintaining statutory records
• Skills in supporting board meetings, drafting resolutions, and staying updated with corporate law changes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or related field preferred
• ICSI certification for Associate Company Secretaries roles
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory for trainee positions

Experience

Associate Company Secretaries (2 posts)- Freshly qualified candidates or those with experience of upto 2 years may apply. Trainees (1 post)- Candidates who have celared the Executive Level exam of ICSI may apply.
