Associate Communication

As an Associate Communication at Dasra ClimateRISE Team, your role involves supporting Dasra's communication efforts in the ClimateRISE work stream and the Climate Narrative Hub. You will work under the guidance of the manager and team lead to implement campaign plans and communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting research on key Climate sub-themes, managing relationships with stakeholders, providing project management support, codifying sectoral knowledge, and implementing communication strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in creating content for various platforms to build ClimateRISE Alliance as a thought leader in the sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct research on latest events, media coverage, and sector movements related to key Climate sub-themes in India - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including ClimateRISE CSO partners, funders, and creative agencies - Support in creating project reports, proposals, and monitoring budgets and grants - Codify sectoral knowledge in simplistic language for wider audience accessibility - Implement communication and narrative change campaigns aligned with ClimateRISE Alliances goals - Create content for blogs, social media, media, newsletter, reports, and campaigns - Design and curate materials for op-eds, social media posts, videos, documentaries, podcasts, and graphics **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate with 3-6 years of work experience in the development space, advisory, research & communication domain - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills tailored to specific audiences - Ability to achieve project deliverables within deadlines and manage time effectively - Understanding of stakeholder management and building relationships towards common goals - Basic knowledge of designing platforms like Photoshop and Illustrator is beneficial - Passion for the development sector and serving communities is essential If you believe that you possess the required skill set and experience for this role, please send your CV to aditiagrawal@dasra.org and khushali@dasra.org.,
