Associate Coach

Role Overview: As a Training Delivery Specialist, your primary job responsibility will include engaging students through dynamic teaching and active learning techniques. You will conduct live in-person/virtual classes to train learners on Front-end technology, java, and Database. Additionally, you will assist and guide students through unique project-based learning to complete their technology-based projects on time. Your role will involve evaluating and mentoring learners" projects and assessment sessions, facilitating and supporting learners" progress/journey to deliver personalized blended learning experiences, and achieve desired skill outcomes. Furthermore, you will create best-in-class learning materials such as presentation slides, videos, reading material, assignments, projects, etc. Candidates must be ready to travel to different client locations on a need basis.
