Associate Coach

The primary job responsibility will include engaging students through dynamic teaching and active learning techniques. You will conduct live in-person or virtual classes to train learners on Front-end technology, java, and Database. You will assist and guide students through unique project-based learning to complete their technology-based projects on time. Additionally, you will evaluate and mentor learners" projects and assessment sessions. Your role will involve facilitating and supporting learners" progress to deliver a personalized blended learning experience and achieve the desired skill outcome. You will be responsible for creating best-in-class learning material, including presentation slides, videos, reading material, assignments, projects, etc. Candidates must be prepared to travel to different client locations on a need basis. The required candidate profile includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates should have 0 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in developing front-end web UI and knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and ReactJS is desirable. Expertise in back-end technologies, including java/python, Rest APIs, etc., is required. Knowledge of server-side programming languages including Java, familiarity with DBMS technology such as SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB, and MySQL, and experience working with Apache or Nginx servers with a solid background in Linux is preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential for this role.
