Associate - Buying Assistant

You will be responsible for supporting UK/ CE/ ROI Tesco Buyers by ensuring timely and accurate product setups across all Tesco systems through collaboration with suppliers and hubs. Your role will involve identifying operational improvements, completing tasks within agreed KPIs, tracking product setups from range sign off to launch, providing actionable insights to buyers, and building strong relationships with various teams and stakeholders. - Identify operational improvements and solutions using CI tools and techniques - Complete tasks and transactions within agreed KPIs - Track and own the end-to-end journey of product setups - Provide actionable insights to buyers for successful product launches - Partner with suppliers and hubs to gather product details and flag any issues - Maintain accurate range plans for effective range building and reporting - Develop working relationships with Buyers, Suppliers, Hubs, and Commercial teams - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data analysis and reporting Qualifications: - Any graduate with Buying/Merchandising experience preferred - Intermediate Excel skills - Eye for detail - Speed and accuracy - Logical reasoning - Analytical ability - Numeracy skills - Stakeholder management - Proficient written and verbal communication skills,
