Associate Business Solutions Specialist

• Proactively communicate with implementation team or dealer partner to help mitigate risk effectively and efficiently.
• Continuously check in on internal partners and dealer partners to ensure successful product launch.
• Devises solutions based on limited information, works independently, adapts working style to task at hand, builds working relationships.

One Team

• Communicate with key stakeholders during the implementation life cycle to successfully deploy our DMS.
• Keep detailed notes in an organized manner, and effectively pass along notes and action items to the Implementation Manager over that project.
• Clear communication between the project lead and the onsite team of that project.

• Embody the company and implementation team tenants as a role model.
• Must successfully complete the certification/training program and display a strong grasp of product and processes for successful implementation practices.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have strong written and typing skills.
• Strong ability to deal with difficult customers under pressure and provide timely responses.
• Should be ready for rotational shift

Interpersonal Skills

• Field incoming chats and calls from dealer partners and find a successful resolution for them

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2-3 years working experience.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interacting with all levels of stakeholders.
• Effective communication with business and the technical team members.
• Established ability to clearly explain and train clients on the Tekion platform.
• Proven ability to take customer suggestions or insights and translate them into technical deliverables
• Candidate should be comfortable with Work from office and night shifts.
