You are expected to make independent decisions, exercise sound judgment, review or coordinate the work of others, and maintain high data quality standards. Attention to detail, ownership of the entire process, coordination with geographically dispersed stakeholders, and a driving personality are crucial for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Input new contact information into the CRM system accurately and efficiently. - Update existing contact records to reflect changes in customer information. - Conduct regular audits of contact data to identify duplicates, inaccuracies, or outdated information. - Work closely with the marketing team. - Provide operational support through effective coordination. - Prepare dashboards for status updates, generate insights, and assess performance. - Prepare documents, presentations, and dashboards meeting EY standards. - Source information from internal and external sources for data aggregation activities. - Coordinate with internal teams to achieve project goals. - Support maintenance of SharePoint sites and distribution lists. - Provide inputs for process improvement and efficiencies. **Qualifications/Skills and Attributes:** - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Familiarity with data entry and database management. - Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and excellent organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools. - Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to handle routine tasks, follow-up, and respond to unexpected situations. - Effective time management, prioritize tasks, and challenge the status quo. - Experience working with business leaders and leadership groups. **What we look for:** - Self-motivated towards continuous learning and upskilling. - Solution-oriented with a positive attitude and interest in learning new things. - Familiarity with content management tools and excellent customer service skills. **Additional Details of the Company:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network operating across six locations worldwide.
