Job Role :
- Talk to students or researchers and explain our PhD services- Understand their project or topic needs and guide them- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp- Maintain a record of calls, leads, and client requirements- Coordinate with the technical and writing team to ensure timely delivery- Achieve monthly targets related to leads and conversions- Share regular updates with the team managerSkills Needed:- Good communication in English and any one regional language- Confident in talking to clients over phone or chat- Basic knowledge of research, PhD topics, or academic writing is a plus- Good in follow-up and handling client queries- Willing to learn and work as part of a team- Basic computer and typing skillsEducation:- Any UG or PG degree (Science/Arts/Commerce preferred)- Freshers are welcome
