Company name : Conneqt business Soultions Ltd Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries and concerns through voice calls in an efficient and professional manner. 2. Issue Resolution: Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure prompt and effective problem resolution, maintaining customer satisfaction. 3. Product/Service Knowledge: Assist customers by providing information about the company’s products/services, updates, or troubleshooting assistance. 4. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback regarding their experience and provide suggestions for process improvements. 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share insights and resolve escalated issues. 6. International Call Handling: Engage with international customers across different regions (e.g., North America, UK, Middle East). Key Requirements: • Education: Graduate or 12th pass  • Experience: freshers are also applicable. Salary upto ; 14k in hand . 6 days working , 1 rotational week off . No Sales.
