As a Brand Manager in the specialty segment, your role involves successfully launching assigned brands in alignment with the brand strategy. You will be responsible for planning and consistently achieving patients on therapy, unit targets, and value targets. Your duties also include ensuring customer coverage and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development in your assigned territory as per the plan. It is essential to execute and initiate compliant medico marketing activities and manage the distribution channel while monitoring services to all stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to proactively plan and execute immediate and medium-term business plans for your region. Your responsibility also includes recording and reporting all market intelligence to the Head Office. Qualifications Required: - B. Pharm / M.
