Job Description: As a Brand Manager, your primary responsibility is to successfully launch assigned brands in a specialty segment while aligning with the brand strategy. You will need to plan and consistently achieve patients on therapy, unit targets, and value targets. Ensuring customer coverage and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development in your assigned territory is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing and initiating compliant medico-marketing activities, managing the distribution channel, and monitoring services to all stakeholders. Proactively planning and executing immediate and medium-term plans for the business in your region will be essential. Moreover, recording and reporting all market intelligence to the Head Office (HO) is part of your role.
