The Associate/Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate BBA courses, developing course materials, mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in academic activities like seminars and workshops. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of the BBA curriculum and supporting the overall mission of the institute.

What we're looking for?

• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience
• Ph.D.
• Minimum 6 papers published in Scopus-indexed record
• Specialations in Busines Analytics/ Supply chain Management/ Productions Operations Management/ AI in Business and Generative AI in Business
• Proven ability to develop curriculum, course materials, and innovative teaching methodologies
• Strong record of administrative contribution such as committee work, examination duties, or event coordination
• Willingness to collaborate with industry professionals for student training and placements
• Excellent communication, teaching skills, classroom management & mentoring
• This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Delhi NCR
