You will be responsible for nurturing and growing the creative-design team's capabilities, competencies, and deliverables at a strategic client level. You will provide both technical as well as design assistance in high-end critical projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with the operations team in setting up the right frameworks for effective and high-quality project delivery. In your role as an Associate Art Director at RRD GO Creative, you will: - Lead the creative journey by defining the visual direction for branding projects, ensuring design choices are intentional and impactful. - Collaborate and create with copywriters, designers, and clients to bring ideas to life in bold and unexpected ways. - Act as the Brand Custodian by maintaining consistency across platforms such as print, digital, video, and beyond while working on multiple creative assets. - Inspire the team by mentoring and energizing a talented crew of designers, illustrators, and visual storytellers. - Stay ahead of trends by infusing fresh inspiration and keeping a pulse on design, culture, and emerging tech.
