Associate Architect (Interior Design)

The Associate Architect (Interior Designer) role at Colliers involves driving projects from inception to completion. As the prime point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for conceptualizing designs, finalizing layouts, managing budgets, coordinating services, preparing BOQs, releasing GFC drawings, and ensuring all design aspects are completed to bring the project to fruition. Your design skills, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial for success in this role. Key responsibilities include: - Conceptualizing design ideas and providing inspiration - Interacting with clients and being the single point of contact - Planning layouts and costs effectively - Making presentations to clients to showcase design concepts - Acting as the project Architect from the design perspective - Coordinating with other consultants and the project team to ensure smooth project execution The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Degree in B.Arch. / B. Interior Design / Dip. Int Design / M.
