Associate Analyst- Procurement Advisory

As a Research Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights to our clients through thorough research and analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing both secondary research sources and Hackett's proprietary research to address client inquiries effectively. - Demonstrating expertise in conducting both secondary and primary research, with knowledge of tools such as IBIS World, Purchasing.com, ISM, CAPS research, and others being an added advantage. - Taking ownership of all deliverables produced by the Procurement team for clients. In terms of functional responsibilities, you will be expected to have a basic understanding of procurement concepts such as Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Base Management, and more. Your role will involve supporting client projects by delivering high-quality outputs and meeting Turn Around Time (TAT) targets consistently. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with Senior Analysts, Team Leaders, and Senior Management to address project-related issues effectively. You will also be involved in identifying areas for expertise building and organizing existing content and intellectual capital. Qualifications required for this position include prior experience in a corporate environment, an MBA from a leading Business school, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and proficiency in MS-Office tools, especially Power Point Presentations.
