Associate Analyst, Business Intelligence

As a Senior Manager of HR at XPO India Shared Services in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in the Business Intelligence Division by designing, developing, and maintaining interactive data visualizations and reports using Looker. Your responsibilities will include creating and optimizing data models to support business requirements, integrating Looker reports into other applications for enhanced business capabilities, and monitoring and optimizing the performance of Looker reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data visualization and business intelligence needs, while implementing security measures on data to ensure compliance with data governance policies. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence using BI Tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau. Proficiency in writing SQL queries, a solid understanding of Data Warehouse and data modeling concepts, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Experience with Cloud Platforms like Google Cloud Platform and Google Big Query, programming languages like Python, R, and version controlling tools such as GitHub, SVN, TFS, as well as Google Cloud Platform or Looker certification would be advantageous.
