Job Title: Advocate – Litigation & Court Hearings Company: JR Compliance Location: Madipur, Delhi Experience Required: 1+ Years (Preferred) Working Days : 5 Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, labor court matters, and general court proceedings. You will represent the company and our clients in legal matters, provide expert legal counsel, and manage all aspects of court-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Represent the company in litigation matters, including civil, criminal, and labor court proceedings. Handle labour court hearings and employment-related legal issues.Appear in various courts and tribunals on behalf of the company or clients.Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, replies, affidavits, and written statements. Offer legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters. Maintain up-to-date case files, documents, and court schedules. Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities when required. Stay informed on relevant legal developments and changes in legislation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Licensed to practice law in India (Bar Council registration).Minimum 1 years of experience in litigation and court appearances, with a strong focus on labor court cases.Proficiency in legal drafting, legal research, and representation in courts.
