Job Description and Remuneration The incumbent is expected to attend and/or assist in drafting and court appearances as per the instructions and/or under the supervision of the senior advocate/counsel all litigation /Non litigation matters pertaining to Property law, Labour and Industrial, Matrimonial, Civil /Criminal law and providing appropriate guidance and inputs on all legal matters to the clients.Vetting of documents, litigation and non-litigation and should be familiar with court procedures and assist the seniors in research work.Remuneration as per the industry norms.
