We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Administration and Planning II to join our Markets LOB Hub team. This role is in Pune, MH – HYBRID. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Policy and Standards Development: Define and maintain data governance policies, including data quality, metadata, and data lifecycle management Oversight and Compliance: Establish control guidelines, approval processes, and compliance evaluation mechanisms Data Quality Management: Oversee data quality frameworks, including issue management, metrics publication, and operating model Metadata and Lineage Management: Maintain data lineage & controls using tools like Collibra & Informatica Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and business units to ensure alignment and accountability Training and Literacy: Promote data literacy through structured training programs tailored to various personas such as data stewards, analysts, and governance leads To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology. 4-6 years of experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and incident management, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong analytical abilities, understanding of data regulations, proficiency in data management tools, excellent communication and collaboration skills and strategic thinking.
