Associate - Accounts Receivable - Order to Cash

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Reliable IT Park, Airoli, your role will involve understanding the End to End Order to Cash Cash Application cycle and efficiently allocating/applying cash against invoices with valid remittances. Your responsibilities will include: - Uploading data in SAP for all collections (CMS/e-collection) - Performing bank reconciliation by coordinating with the local finance-in-charge and the bank - Resolving issues arising from reconciliation - Generating invoices for miscellaneous sales activities such as selling raw material, fuel, scrap, etc - Liaising with relevant teams to resolve pending items/errors - Conducting tax liability analysis to support the local OpCo tax team in filing returns - Ensuring all pending deliveries are billed in collaboration with Op Co - Scrutinizing and verifying documents in customer onboarding - Validating any price revisions on the price master - Performing month-end/annual activities like reconciliation and stock verification, classification of debtors, running month-end programs, provision creation, posting interest on security deposit, and reconciling customer balances with the sub ledger - Preparing MIS reporting and providing analytics for business support - Creating audit templates and providing first-level query resolution as required Desired Qualifications: - Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred) with relevant experience - Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers may also apply) - Cash Application/Accounts receivable experience is an added advantage - Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.
