Associate - Accounts & Finance

Candidate Requirements Educational Qualification : B.Com or B.Com with MBA (Finance or Accounting specialization preferred). Technical Skills : Proficient in Tally for accounting entries and financial record maintenance. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel , including functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. Experience : 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or compliance roles, preferably in a project-based or NGO environment. Key Competencies : Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience in petty cash handling , project budgeting , expense tracking , and financial documentation . Exposure to internal audits , FCRA/SSE compliance , and organizational statutory documentation is a strong advantage. Ability to manage cost control measures and support banking and procurement processes efficiently.
