Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Accounts Executive to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering accounting, taxation, and compliance-related data into various platforms. Familiarity with financial documents, GST filings, and TDS returns will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: · Enter and update data related to accounting records, invoices, bills, and bank statements. · Input and manage data for GST, TDS, and income tax filings. · Maintain and organize client records digitally and physically. · Coordinate with accountants to ensure accurate and timely data entry. · Prepare simple reports from data (e.g., summaries of transactions). · Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and client information. · Perform regular backups and verify entered data against source documents. · Help in uploading data on statutory government portals (e.g., GSTN, Income Tax). Requirements: · Experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting or CA firm. · Basic understanding of accounting terms and compliance processes. · Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and government portals (e.g., GST, Income Tax, MCA). · High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. · Good organizational and time management skills. · 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce preferred. Preferred Skills: · Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, Busy and Excel. · Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy. · Experience in filing GST, TDS, or Income Tax returns is a plus.
