Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate at 7S & Co. located in Bengaluru. While the role is primarily based in Bengaluru, some work-from-home flexibility is allowed. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal counsel. Tasks include collaborating with team members to ensure thorough legal analysis and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience in drafting legal documents and pleadings
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to represent clients in court and provide legal counsel
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
• Membership in the Bar Council of India
