As an Associate at KM Law Associates, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice to clients. You will also represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with other legal professionals. Daily tasks include client consultations, case preparation, and appearing in various judicial forums. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents Strong negotiation and litigation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in client consultations and case preparation Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi Prior experience in a legal firm or legal department is beneficial
