You will need to grasp knowledge of the functionality of at least two CDK applications simultaneously and gain operational and architectural knowledge of assigned products with a strong focus on the domain. Attending relevant meetings and training sessions to enhance your operational and functional knowledge will be an integral part of your role. Following departmental guidelines and style manuals like the Microsoft Manual of Style and the Chicago Manual of Style will also be expected. **Key Responsibilities:** - Requires 1 to 3 years of experience in Technical Writing - Writes and edits information to industry standards - Ability to grasp knowledge of the functionality of at least two CDK applications simultaneously - Spends time to gain operational and architectural knowledge of assigned products with a strong focus on the domain - Attends relevant meetings and training sessions to gain operational and functional knowledge of product, tools, processes, domain, and technology - Follows departmental guidelines, the Microsoft Manual of Style, and the Chicago Manual of Style **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline (English Literature, Mass Communication, Advertising disciplines preferred; Engineering and B Tech streams least preferred) - Working knowledge of advanced authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Robohelp, Visio, Snagit, Camtasia, and/or similar tools - Knowledge or familiarity with digital adoption tools like WalkMe, Pendo, Whatfix, and/or similar tools - Strong focus on domain and grasp of technology - Self-starter CDK values inclusion and diversity to inspire meaningful connections with people, customers, and communities.
