Job Description

Develop winning fragrances for assigned categories for clients' brands.
Support sales efforts through olfactive presentations and brand servicing.
Build organizational capability and sustain talent pipelines by training Assistant FDMs.
Gain, defend, and revitalize business by developing an olfactive vision for brands/categories and generating fragrance solutions.
Identify and execute business opportunities proactively.
Lead inter-key projects and participate in expert panels across categories.
Detect olfactive trends, needs, analyze consumer data, and translate them into concrete fragrance solutions.
Participate in category strategy definition and execution (across functions: CMS, applied research, MR, perfumers, sales).

Job Requirements

A university degree in a related field is required.
At least 6 years of consecutive experience in fragrance development, preferably in skin cleansing fragrances.
Possess creative and strategic thinking skills, a growth mindset, and curiosity to learn and adapt to change.
Demonstrate proven success in fragrance launches and digital savviness, along with great communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a group environment.
Strong knowledge of the perfume industry and its trends is essential.
